Shevat Prayer

Shevat 5783

 

Lord Father God, in the Name of Jesus we ask You to bless this prayer. 

As we enter into this new month, we enter into Your Presence 

acknowledging Your righteousness as our foundation. 

According to Your Word, we are the righteousness of God 

in Christ Jesus. 

This is the eternal miracle in each of our lives. 

Thank You for our salvation, Lord King Jesus! 

You tell us in Mark 11:22 to have the God-kind of faith, 

in James 1 we are told to have faith that does not waver,

 and in Hebrews, we learn that faith is the evidence of things not seen.  

“By faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God,

so that the things which are seen

were not made of things which are visible.”  

Let us follow the faith of Abraham, 

being fully convinced that You, God, 

are well able to perform what You have promised. 

Your Word is Truth, Your Word is Life, 

Your Word is Health to our flesh and strength to our bones. 

Let us rejoice and be glad in Your Word! 

We pray that we would come to understand the nourishment available from consuming Your Word. 

Let this be a month of fasting and replacing natural food 

with the food of Your Word. 

Give us fresh revelation and understanding, 

satisfy our thirst for Your Presence, 

wash us with the Living Water of Your Word. 

But He said to them, “I have food to eat of which you do not know.” Therefore the disciples said to one another, “Has anyone brought Him anything to eat?” Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.” 

May our roots in You be deep and steadfast and 

may Your Blessing overtake us. 

As we joyfully carry Your Word that brings Light, 

we pray that our faith in Your precious promises 

be strong and unwavering.

 We pray to be fully convinced that You are well able and faithful to complete the good work You have begun in each of us. 

We soberly accept the responsibility to intercede for our successors. 

We pray for Israel, for America, for the Nations. 

We pray for the lost. We pray for their salvation, protection, and prosperity. 

We sow Your Word with authority in Jesus’ Name, believing You will confirm Your Word with signs following.

As we honor You and Your Word, we understand that You will honor us and we thank You! 

All these things and more we pray in Jesus’ Holy, Loving, Mighty Name,

Amen, Amein, AHO!!!!!
